  • Within 1-hour drive of a town centre or city centre

Land requirement on behalf of North East prop-co:

  • Around 1-2 acres required to construct executive housing

  • Ideally rural North East location

  • Within 1-hour drive of a town centre or city centre

  • 20%+ IRR
