Hello! I'm Daniel Capobasso, the Managing Director and Founder of Delta Capital Property Investment. It's a pleasure to have you here, and I'd like to share a bit about my journey with you.

A Journey in Property Investment

My journey began in 2003 with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics at Newcastle University, which laid the foundation for my analytical mindset. In 2007, I pursued a Masters in Real Estate Management at Northumbria University, where I discovered my passion for the real estate industry.

Building Expertise in the North East

After my studies, I gained valuable experience in commercial property, covering valuation, commercial property agency, landlord and tenant, and property management working across Newcastle & Teesside. In 2011, I became a Chartered Surveyor, further strengthening my expertise.

Focusing on Investment Excellence

In 2014, I specialised as an investment agent, focusing on guiding clients through the complexities of the property investment market.
