We are pleased to announce that Delta Capital Property Investment has secured a top 5 position in the CoStar Awards for Regional Investment Agency as well as Single Branch Investment Agency for the second consecutive year!

Retaining our position in the North East is a huge milestone for the business. The CoStar Awards measure number of transactions as well as transactional volume across the market, so maintaining our ranking against much larger corporate agencies strongly reflects the work we have delivered over the past twelve months.

Our approach to commercial property investment has always been focused and strategic and securing a top-five position among highly respected national companies shows a clear space in the market for a dedicated investment advisory practice located in the North East. We continue to focus on sourcing investment opportunities, providing detailed market analysis and carrying out transactions that require a more tailored approach.
